Job summary

ACE Money Transfer Limited, a UK-based fintech, seeks a Treasury Manager to lead global treasury operations from Kharian, Pakistan. You will oversee FX management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity, and bank relationships, ensuring funds are timely and available across currencies.

The role requires 5–7 years in treasury, strong analytical and leadership skills, and experience with multi-currency remittance environments. Onsite work in Kharian with regional banking partners and compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification preferred.
• 5–7 years in treasury, cash management or FX in multi-currency environment.
• Strong knowledge of FX dealing, hedging, exposure management and settlement.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and cash pooling.
• Experience managing relations with banks, payout partners and Treasury controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide data and analysis for cash monitoring, forecasting, liquidity management and treasury decisions.
• Identify ways to reduce forecasting risk, liquidity shortfalls and FX exposure.
• Prepare FX accounting reports, treasury performance reports and senior management briefings.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting treasury and cross-border payments.
• Support development of short-term capital structure and funding strategy.
• Manage domestic and international cash and bank account structures; lead liquidity improvements.
• Coordinate reconciliations and collaborate with Finance, Operations and Compliance.
• Lead AI-enabled treasury process automation and reporting.
