Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks an iCSG Executive to oversee corporate travel, visa and immigration processes, employee mobilization, administration, compliance, and vendor coordination across global project locations.

You will manage end-to-end travel arrangements, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting international mobilizations and ensuring policy compliance in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, hospitality, travel, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in travel management, visa/immigration, administration, mobility, or corporate services.
• Experience handling international travel, visa processing, mobilization, accommodation and transport arrangements.
• Experience budgeting, cost analysis, vendor management, and operational reporting.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities, embassies, consultants, agencies and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa and immigration matters across territories.
• Develop cost-effective visa solutions and expedite complex cases.
• Maintain visa/travel guidelines, trackers, expiry schedules, and country requirements.
• Coordinate with immigration consultants, embassies, and government authorities.
• Manage business travel arrangements: air tickets, accommodation, transfers, car rentals.
• Coordinate travel insurance and medical claims, reimbursements, and follow-ups.
• Negotiate with travel agencies, hotels, and vendors to optimize costs.
• Monitor travel and visa expenditure; provide cost analysis and reports.
• Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and travel policies.
• Support management with travel advisory for new projects and mobilizations.
