INTECH Process Automation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of talent, employee engagement, and organizational growth across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years HR experience, preferably in technical recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS.
• Proficiency with Canva and presentation development for recruitment materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and databases.
• Review CVs against job requirements and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
• Screen candidates and coordinate assessments and interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and share job postings and recruitment communications.
• Assist with employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and university engagement.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies when required and ensure policy compliance.
• Support onboarding and pre-joining activities with relevant departments.
