Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Customs Administration, or related.
• 1–3 years in import/export compliance or trade operations.
• Working knowledge of 19 CFR, HTS, rules of origin, Incoterms.
• Experience with CBP Form 7501 and ACE reports.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and compliance checks.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Review customs entries for accuracy and approvals.
• Verify invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, POs.
• Research HTS codes and determine country of origin.
• Review valuation docs and reconcile broker invoices.
• Generate ACE reports and monitor entries.
• Maintain five-year retention of records; respond to CBP inquiries.
• Monitor filing deadlines and regulatory changes; guide teams on docs.
