Qualifications

• Strong English speaking and communication skills are mandatory.
• Comfortable making and receiving international calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle assigned leads generated through digital marketing, website inquiries, social media, and other channels.
• Make 50 to 70 international calls per day to assigned leads.
• Contact new leads promptly and understand their study-abroad requirements.
• Conduct continuous follow-up with interested and undecided leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Qualify leads based on academic background, preferred destination, program, budget, and intake.
• Maintain accurate lead status, call records, notes, and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Nurture leads throughout the decision-making process until conversion or closure.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the admissions/counselling team.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and conversion targets.
