Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort with professional video call meetings with international clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and tailor technical solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to maximize conversions.
• Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand needs and negotiate terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs including lead generation, meetings, and revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and opportunity closures.
• Develop long-term relationships with international clients for retention and upselling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
