Job summary

GE Vernova Hydro Power is seeking a Project Director in Lahore to lead project delivery, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves guiding Project Managers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and engaging external customers as the primary escalation point.

A strong EHS mindset and extensive PM experience are required. The position offers domestic and international travel (≈30%), with a focus on large-scale EPC or power projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience focusing on Project Management and/or International Project Execution.
• Solid experience in EPC, Energy or Manufacturing Industry with EHS mindset.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint skills; database operations knowledge.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (≈30%).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and direct/indirect leadership of project resources for small to medium projects.
• Lead a cluster of Project Managers; manage priorities, performance, and development.
• Maintain budgets and operating plans; ensure financial results and KPIs.
• Escalation point with customers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver.
