Paylink Global Payments Limited invites an International Payment Business Development Manager to drive expansion in European markets. You will cultivate merchant and partner ecosystems, develop PSP channels, and onboard merchants for seamless payment integration across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Sales.
• 2–5 years in payment industry business development.
• Experience in cross-border payments / PSP / merchant acquiring.
• Existing payment industry resources required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Outgoing personality and strong networking ability.
• Willing to travel and relocate overseas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand payment business in European markets.
• Build and maintain merchant and payment partner relationships.
• Develop payment channel resources (PSPs, acquiring banks, payout partners).
• Onboard merchants and support payment integration.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Achieve merchant growth and transaction volume targets.
