Job summary

Source Code Academia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand its international client portfolio in IT and digital services. You will identify opportunities in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and KSA and build a healthy sales pipeline.

As part of a full-time on-site role in Rawalpindi, you will conduct virtual meetings with clients, prepare customized proposals, coordinate with technical teams for estimation and handover, and drive revenue growth through effective CRM

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or International Sales.
Proven experience in acquiring international clients.
Strong understanding of software development services and IT outsourcing.
Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
Prospect clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and B2B platforms.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Promote and sell IT services including: Web Development, Custom Software Development, Digital Marketing.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
Conduct virtual meetings with international clients and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation and handover.
Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
