Zones - First Choice for IT is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead the full procurement lifecycle, delivering goods and services to meet client requirements while optimizing price, quality and delivery across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes ERP proficiency, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage PO issuance, supplier relationships, ETA updates, and reporting in partnership with Finance and Sales, while maintaining strict SLA

Qualifications

• Graduate/Master's in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Any certification in supply chain management is a plus.
• 3-4 years’ experience in offshore/outsourced procurement/supply chain roles; reseller hardware/software industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order placement and ETA management within defined SLA.
• Maintain VIR and supplier rebates; ensure export compliance across the EMEA region.
• Manage supplier relationships for deal registration and bid management.
• Execute purchase orders aligning with cost, quantity and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide 5-star service.
• Generate weekly, daily and monthly reports with Finance and Sales.
