The ideal candidate is a fast learner who takes ownership, can manage multiple priorities, and works well with cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, written communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable analyzing data, preparing basic reports, and tracking expenses.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Lead and Marketing Manager across ongoing initiatives and projects.
• Assist with lead acquisition activities, including campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate campaign planning, timelines, deliverables, and content requirements.
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations, marketing reports, and performance updates.
• Track marketing expenses, ad spend, budgets, and related costs.
• Support social media management and community engagement.
• Assist with marketing analytics and reporting to measure performance.
• Contribute to content creation using Canva or similar tools.
