HR Navigator seeks an Export Manager to drive B2B international sales across the Middle East from Islamabad. The role requires targeting new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and developing key accounts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in export/international sales, a bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills. Competitive salary offered with growth opportunities and daily working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Formación

• 3+ years of export/international sales or business development.
• Proven B2B international sales and lead generation experience.
• Experience with Middle East markets preferred.
• Strong cold-calling and email outreach skills.
• English proficiency in written and spoken form.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and target potential B2B clients across the Middle East.
• Conduct daily cold calling to potential international customers.
• Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Research new companies, distributors, importers, and business opportunities in the target market.
• Generate and convert international sales leads into successful business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, communication, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing.
• Develop new international accounts and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and delivery requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in the Middle East.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, sales activities, and client accounts.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach, lead generation, conversions, and sales performance.
