Working with the Benefits Manager, you will coordinate with vendors, payroll, and HR teams across regions, ensuring accurate data and timely processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or finance.
• 2–6 years in benefits administration or HR operations.
• Experience with global/multi-country programs.
• Strong data accuracy and analytical skills.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of global benefits programs across Banyan Canopy Group and operating companies.
• Ensure accurate processing of enrollments, life changes, and terminations across multiple systems.
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure correct deductions and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and PEOs for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintain data integrity across HRIS and benefits platforms; support reporting and analysis.
