Job summary

Encyphers is expanding its business development team to grow our digital service offerings including web design, UI/UX, apps, SEO, and eCommerce. We seek a Business Development Executive to acquire new international clients and nurture relationships across the USA, UK, Europe, and Canada.

You will research leads, craft proposals, bid on projects, and manage global client communications. Strong English communication, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales in tech/digital services are

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition within the tech or digital services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with web design, development, UI/UX, SEO, digital marketing and eCommerce is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and client communications efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & research to identify potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, Apollo, and Seamless AI.
• Proposal writing & bidding: draft emails and submit bids on Upwork and other platforms.
• Client communication & relationship management with international clients.
• Project estimation & pricing based on scope.
• Drive new client acquisition through pitching, negotiations, and timely follow-ups.
• Set up and optimize Upwork profiles to win bids and build long-term relationships.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and Seamless AI.
• Follow-ups & negotiations to close deals.
