Job summary

PiRails in Lahore (on-site) is seeking an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying customers. You’ll own the entire closing process—from discovery calls to negotiation and closing—and drive revenue in a fast-growing tech environment.

This results-driven role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You’ll maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, collaborate with SDRs and Sales Ops, and relentlessly push deals forward to hit

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales/closing.
• Proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Understanding of sales funnels and deal cycles.
• Self-driven, target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
• Deliver product demos and communicate value clearly
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Close inbound and outbound qualified leads
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
• Follow up consistently to move deals forward
• Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Ops for smooth handoffs
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
