HR Ways, a Fintech Firm in Australia, seeks a Supervisor Accounts to manage accounting operations, oversee the team, and ensure compliance with international standards.

You will supervise daily transactions in QuickBooks or Xero, prepare financial reports, monitor cash flow, and support audits while mentoring staff.

The role requires 6–10 years of international accounting experience and professional qualifications (CA/CIMA/ICMA/ACCA), with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• CA Finalist/Qualified, CIMA, ICMA, ACCA (Finalist or Qualified).
• Master's degree preferred or equivalent professional certification.
• 6-10 years of accounting experience, ideally with international clients or in BPO/audit firms.
• Strong knowledge of International GAAP and tax laws.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate entries in accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets timely.
• Monitor cash flow and budgets; provide insights to improve financial health.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and tax laws.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team; conduct reviews and foster teamwork.
• Identify and implement process improvements; automate where possible.
• Manage relationships with US-based clients and provide financial guidance.
• Support internal and external audits with organized documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and senior management for financial insights.
