The Supervisor Accounts is responsible for managing accounting operations, supervising theaccounting team, and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. This roleincludes maintaining financial accuracy, streamlining processes, and building strong clientrelationships to deliver high-quality financial services.
Supervise Accounting and Bookkeeping Functions: Oversee day-to-day financialtransactions and ensure accurate entry into accounting software, such as QuickBooks orXero. Verify the accuracy of financial records and reports.
Prepare and Analyze Financial Reports: Review and analyze financial statements, reports,and budgets. Ensure all financial reports are complete, accurate, and prepared in atimely manner to meet client and management requirements.
Monitor Cash Flow and Budgets: Track cash flow, revenues, and expenses regularly.Provide insights and recommendations to address variances and improve financialhealth.
Reconcile Accounts: Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, general ledgeraccounts, and other financial records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure Compliance with International Regulations: Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofInternational accounting and tax laws. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulationsand industry standards.
Lead and Mentor Accounting Team: Supervise a team of accountants and bookkeepers,providing training, guidance, and support. Conduct regular performance reviews andfoster a collaborative work environment.
Optimize Accounting Processes: Identify inefficiencies in current accounting workflows.Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline processes and enhanceaccuracy.

CA Finalist/Qualified, CIMA, ICMA, ACCA (Finalist or Qualified)
Master is preferred or any other equivalent degree/ professional certification.
6-10 years of accounting experience, ideally with International clients or in BPO/auditfirms.
Proven ability to lead and manage accounting teams.
Strong knowledge of International GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
