Job summary

HRBS Global is seeking an Account Director in Karachi, on-site, to lead strategic global accounts and drive client growth. You will oversee the full lifecycle of client relationships, align account plans with business objectives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in account management, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage P&L and risk.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships up to Board level.
• Strong communication skills across verbal, written and presentation formats.
• Proven people management, performance reviews and mentoring experience.
• Track record in client and contract management in fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Leads on-site and off-site account teams under Head of Operations.
• Manages team development including appraisals and mentoring.
