Expeditors is seeking a Customer Retention and Development Manager to own global accounts, drive retention and growth, and coordinate across geos to meet customer needs. You will leverage Expeditors products and services to deliver value and foster long-term partnerships.

You will work with senior leadership to craft strategic plans, identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, and ensure alignment with global objectives while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent business qualification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of Expeditors or industry experience.
• Knowledge of Expeditors products, services and operating systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Own global account retention and development initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across geos for value creation.
• Lead strategic business reviews and workshops with customers.
