Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Management or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of overall professional experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in Export Sales/International Business Development.
• Experience managing distribution partners in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities and export markets.
• Build and manage relationships with overseas distributors and key accounts.
• Develop market entry strategies and expand the company's international presence.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and commercial policies.
• Manage the complete customer lifecycle for international clients.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and export performance updates.
• Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and meetings as required.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving export sales targets.
