Manager Employee Engagement and DEI

No of Position: 1

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives across the organization.
• Manage employee engagement and pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans.
• Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, awareness campaigns, and employee sensitization programs.
• Design and execute activities that promote a positive workplace culture, wellbeing, and employee participation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver employee wellness, CSR, and culture-building initiatives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and industry forums to support engagement and employer branding efforts.
• Develop communication campaigns that promote organizational culture, employee achievements, and DEI initiatives.

Education: BBA/MBA Degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in planning and managing employee events and organizational initiatives.
