Job summary

LOLC Microfinance Bank Limited is hiring for a Branch Operations Associate to manage cash, reconciliation, and banking records at the branch level. You will post daily recoveries, maintain accurate entries in the banking system, and ensure timely cash deposits within approved limits.

The ideal candidate is a graduate (Commerce/Business Administration preferred) or a fresh graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience, possessing strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills, plus

• Maintain branch cash, daily reconciliation, registers, and banking records.
• Post daily recoveries and maintain accurate entries in the banking system.
• Ensure timely cash deposits and safe/cash handling within approved limits.
• Prepare and submit daily reports and documents to Head Office.
• Coordinate with Branch Management, field staff, and Head Office for operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls, and AML/CFT requirements.
• Maintain professional branch standards and safeguard Bank assets.
