Job summary

Nayatel is seeking an Investment Analyst to join a team of Associates and Analysts, reporting to a Senior Investment Analyst or Investment Associate. The role suits early career professionals with 1–3 years in financial services, investment research, or related fields.

The Analyst will support international investment opportunities, primarily for GCC clients, performing research, modelling, valuations, and due diligence to produce high-quality deliverables in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline (Masters preferred).
• CFA Certification (completed or in progress).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment research, financial services, or consulting.
• Experience in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and materials for the Investment Committee.
• Conduct valuation analysis using DCF, comparables, and precedent transaction methodologies.
• Develop financial models and perform sensitivity/scenario analysis.
• Support the formulation of investment recommendations based on research and modelling.
• Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support investment theses.
• Track macroeconomic developments, financial news, and sector-specific trends.
• Participate in post-acquisition monitoring of portfolio companies.
• Compile and summarize findings in high-impact internal and client reports.
• Actively contributes to team training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support the review of junior analyst outputs and assist in mentoring where appropriate.
• Engage directly with clients or their representatives to clarify data and refining deliverables.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management to support team or organizational goals.
