Hire Fellows is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to own an existing multi-sided platform. You will troubleshoot, optimize, and decide between rebuilds or refinements, spanning backend and frontend with a focus on authentication, real-time data, and integrations.

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong backend focus.
• Hands-on experience with Lovable or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
• Strong experience using Supabase or similar backend, database and auth platforms.
• Comfortable with GitHub and existing codebases.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, improve and complete existing apps.
• Solid understanding of authentication, user profiles, databases, APIs and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Take full technical ownership of the existing application and assess what needs to be fixed, improved, optimized, or rebuilt.

• Ensure end-to-end order and operations flows work for all user types.

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Full-Stack Developer to join the technology team of a fast-growing, early-stage company building a multi-sided digital platform. You will take technical ownership of an existing application and play a hands-on role in making it fully functional, stable, and ready for launch. In this role, you will work across the backend and frontend of the product, with a particular focus on troubleshooting, improving, and completing the existing backend infrastructure. The application is already substantially built, so this is not a role focused purely on building from scratch. You will assess the current setup, identify what needs to be fixed or improved, and make practical decisions on whether to optimize, rebuild, or simplify different parts of the product. You will work closely with the founder across the customer-facing application and internal platforms, ensuring that core functionality, data flows, integrations, and real-time processes work reliably from end to end.

Responsibilities

• Take full technical ownership of the existing application and assess what needs to be fixed, improved, optimized, or rebuilt
• Troubleshoot and improve backend functionality, with a strong focus on authentication, user profiles, databases, order flows, and real-time syncing

• Review the existing Lovable-built application and make improvements while identifying areas that may require rebuilding or restructuring
• Build, maintain, and optimize backend functionality using Supabase and related technologies
• Manage and work with code hosted on GitHub, ensuring a clean and maintainable development setup
• Ensure customer, driver, retailer, and admin data flows correctly across the platform
• Troubleshoot authentication, sign-in, profiles, dashboards, order management, and real-time updates
• Ensure end-to-end order and operational flows function correctly across different user types
• Work with booking, calendar-based, and other workflow-driven functionality where required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong backend development experience
• Hands-on experience working with Lovable or strong familiarity with AI-assisted application development platforms
• Strong experience with Supabase or similar backend, database, and authentication platforms
• Comfortable working with GitHub and existing codebases
• Proven experience troubleshooting, improving, and completing existing applications rather than only building new products from scratch
• Strong understanding of authentication, user profiles, databases, APIs, dashboards, and application workflows
• Experience working with real-time data, syncing, notifications, or similar live application functionality
• Experience working across multiple user interfaces or role-based platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand an existing technical setup
• Ability to determine when existing functionality should be fixed or optimized versus rebuilt
• Comfortable working independently and taking full technical ownership of a product
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, founder-led environment with a high level of ambiguity and ownership
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a practical approach to solving technical problems
