POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking 2 experienced Full Stack Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidates are passionate about writing clean code, excels at working collaboratively in team environments, and has strong people skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using React, Django, and Node.js
• Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces with React.js
• Develop mobile applications using React Native or frameworks like Flutter
• Create scalable backend APIs using Python/Django and Node.js
• Build modern web interfaces using Angular, React and Vue.js as needed
• Design and optimize database schemas for both SQL and NoSQL systems
• Participate in architecture planning, API design, and system-level decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineering team members
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize code
• Integrate third-party APIs, microservices, and cloud-native components
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to teammates and stakeholders
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum rituals and contribute to planning and retrospectives
• Stay updated with modern technology trends and propose improvements
• Practical experience or interest in AI/ML, LLMs, or AI-powered application features (preferred)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 4-6 years of professional full-stack development experience

Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Strong expertise in Python and the Django framework
• Hands-on experience with React.js for building web applications
• Experience with React Native / Flutter for mobile app development
• Proficiency in Node.js for backend development
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis)
• Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and share knowledge with team members
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally
• Comfortable working in team environments and contributing to group problem-solving
• Strong listening skills and empathy when working with colleagues and stakeholders

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing
• Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, Socket.io)
• Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub profile
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs, embeddings, or AI API integrations
• Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS).
• Hands-on experience with Dockerization and container-based deployments
• Experience with n8n (workflow automation or integration tools)
• Knowledge of vector databases / knowledge bases such as Weaviate, Pinecone, or Milvus
