Job summary

Waqaram in Lahore is seeking a Sales Executive to onboard sellers and drive growth on Pakistan's fastest-growing digital marketplace. You will present the platform, explain escrow payouts, and guide sellers through listing and checkout tools.

The role requires active outreach and strong communication in English and Urdu. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in B2B/B2C sales, a proven quota track record, and are based in or willing to relocate to Lahore.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in ecommerce, SaaS or fintech.
• Confident phone and video presence in English and Urdu.
• Target-driven with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sellers such as course creators, designers and agencies onto Waqaram.
• Run demo calls explaining escrow payouts, JazzCash/Easypaisa checkout and listing tools.
• Hit monthly targets for verified seller signups and gross merchandise value.
• Maintain a CRM pipeline of leads from inbound and outbound outreach.
