Job summary

PakWheels.com in Islamabad seeks a Store In-Charge / Cashier to manage front desk operations and billing at our Car Oil Change Service Center. The role requires courteous communication, basic accounting, and a customer-friendly attitude as you oversee reception, payments, and service coordination.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in cashiering or front desk roles, proficiency with MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems, and a presentable, trustworthy demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com) preferred.
• 2–3 years of cashiering/front desk or customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, billing software, and POS systems.
• Trustworthy, well-presented and customer-friendly personality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and explain available services.
• Generate accurate bills and invoices using billing software.
• Handle payments (cash, card, digital) and issue receipts.
• Maintain cash records and reconcile balances with Branch Manager.
• Answer calls, manage service appointments, and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with service team for timely updates and flow.
• Promote offers and care products to customers.
• Ensure reception and waiting area are clean and welcoming.
• Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with basic admin tasks and service logs.
