Job summary

PakWheels.com is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Car Oil Change and Vehicle Inspection Service Center in Lahore. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, service quality, and team performance.

You will manage oils, filters, and consumables while ensuring OEM standards and SOPs are followed. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in automotive service operations, strong people skills, and proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in automotive service operations, oil change facilities, or multi-service car care centers.
• Proven track record of leading service teams, achieving sales and service targets, and managing customer-facing operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reconciliation.
• Experience in team management and staff training.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and daily operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the service center.
• Ensure all services (oil change, vehicle inspection, customer handling) are executed in line with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Supervise and manage inventory of oils, filters, and consumables—monitor usage and ensure availability.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Offer product and service recommendations to customers based on vehicle condition and OEM standards.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall operational readiness.
• Monitor key service metrics, team productivity, and branch sales performance.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational and performance reports.
• Ensure accurate billing, secure handling of cash and card transactions, and reconciliation at day-end.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team—covering both technical knowledge and soft skills.
• Develop and maintain a ready-to-hire talent pipeline to support ongoing service center staffing needs.
