Job summary

MediCureBridge is seeking a proactive support associate to assist consultants with callback and booking requests from international patients. You will collect and check medical documents, arrange translation support, and track case status within our CRM.

MediCureBridge works with patients from many countries who compare hospitals and doctors on the platform before they decide. For a graduate with strong English it is an unusual way to learn how healthcare services, technology and customer care meet.

You start supporting the consultants who return callback requests and handle booking requests, helping to collect and check documents, arrange translation support and track each case's status. As you learn the specialties and the platform, you move into your own cases, or toward partner coordination or content.

Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.
