Role Description

The Amazon & Noon Listing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pakistan. This position is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings on Amazon and Noon, including titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, and images. The role involves monitoring listing performance, adjusting content based on analytics, and ensuring compliance with marketplace policies. The Listing Manager will coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates, pricing changes, and promotional activities, while regularly reviewing competitor listings and market trends. The position also includes handling listing-related issues, reporting on performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement of marketplace strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon and Noon seller platforms, including listing creation, optimization, and policy compliance.
• Strong skills in product content writing, keyword research, and basic SEO for marketplace listings.
• Ability to analyze sales data, conversion rates, and other performance metrics to improve listing effectiveness.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets or listing management tools for bulk uploads, catalog management, and data accuracy.
• Attention to detail in handling product information, pricing, images, and variations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace management is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pakistan and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
