PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Director in Pakistan to lead the OU, bottling partners, and supply chain initiatives.

You will drive capacity expansion, quality, sustainability, and transformation projects while strengthening the bottler network and ensuring packaging compliance. The role requires engineering background and 12–15 years of manufacturing/operations experience, with a focus on beverage production and end-to-end supply chain excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing or operating environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage manufacturing operations and supply chain practices.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on supplier capabilities, capacities, packaging specifications, technologies, and costs.

• Deploy best practice tools and train-the-trainer programs to enhance bottler manufacturing and delivery capabilities.
• Build leadership and technical capabilities within the team to ensure successful delivery of innovation and AOP commitments.
• Drive short, medium, and long term productivity initiatives to offset commodity inflation and currency devaluation impacts.
• Ensure all projects comply with PepsiCo Quality and Food Safety requirements.
• Lead governance reviews with bottlers to monitor project milestones, progress, and corrective actions.
• Develop and qualify local vendors and suppliers, support new technology introductions, and resolve packaging quality issues.
• Ensure packaging and printing compliance with company guidelines.
• Lead and drive Pep+ Agenda across all Bottlers to deliver against OU glidepath for all Pep+ Pillars
• Implement OFAC and sanctioned market requirements and prerequisites.

Overview
