As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate who will work directly with the founders to help drive execution, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure important projects move forward effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a growing company operates from the inside and gain exposure to strategy, operations, hiring, delivery, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Execution
  • Work directly with founders on high-priority company initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure action items are completed.
  • Help transform ideas and discussions into structured execution plans.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify bottlenecks.
• Business Operations & Reporting
  • Assist in tracking company goals, KPIs, and operational metrics.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership discussions.
  • Analyze internal processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support planning and execution of quarterly objectives.
• Research & Problem Solving
  • Conduct market, competitor, vendor, and industry research.
  • Evaluate tools, technologies, and operational solutions.
  • Gather information and prepare recommendations for decision-making.
• Hiring & People Operations
  • Coordinate interview schedules and hiring processes.
  • Support onboarding initiatives and employee experience improvements.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and internal processes.
• Founder Support
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow‑ups.
  • Ensure commitments made by leadership are tracked and executed.
  • Help manage special projects across different areas of the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.

• Experience working in startups, consulting, operations, or technology companies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Notion.
• Experience preparing reports or analyzing business data.
