Job summary

Algo is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support forecasting, inventory management, and collaborative planning. You will develop models, analyze data, and communicate forecasts to stakeholders, while improving forecast accuracy and SOPs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and forecasting software, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AI-enabled improvements is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong inventory management knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and Office 365.
• Experience with forecasting software and AI-driven improvements.
• Excellent analytical and statistical skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to work customer-required business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning and forecasting activities using historical data.
• Develop forecast models and assess promotional impacts.
• Plan CPFR activities for key accounts if assigned.
• Communicate forecasts and inventory estimations to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain forecast reports and KPIs.
• Root-cause forecast errors and adjust models accordingly.
• Maintain SOPs and train new analysts on systems and processes.
• Collaborate across functions to test forecasting tools.
