Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years FMCG warehouse/store experience.
• Experience with ERP and inventory control systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end FMCG warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Oversee FMCG store operations encompassing material receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and availability for production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO and FEFO principles to optimize inventory turnover and reduce wastage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through SAP/ERP modules WM, MM, SD, and TM, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Implement warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory safety standards to create a safe working environment.
• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of two warehouse and store personnel, coordinating their tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering teamwork.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely material availability, avoiding stockouts or excess inventory.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and ERP software to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and resource utilization.
• Manage gate pass tracking and documentation, verifying material movement in and out of the warehouse to maintain accountability and security.
• Analyze inventory data using advanced MS Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP to generate reports and support decision-making.
• Perform stock reconciliation regularly to verify physical inventory against system records and resolve variances.
• Handle barcode scanning and tracking activities to enhance inventory visibility and streamline warehouse operations.
• Oversee material requirements planning (MRP) processes within the ERP system to align inventory levels with production schedules.
• Maintain comprehensive inventory documentation including goods receipt notes, dispatch records, and stock transfer logs.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize warehouse layout, storage methods, and inventory handling practices to improve productivity.
