Job summary

TPS Worldwide in Karachi is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our on-site team. You will collaborate with product, technology, and operations to gather and document requirements for digital payments and banking solutions, map processes, and prepare functional specs.

You will conduct data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities, support project planning, participate in testing, and help deliver enhancements across TPS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fintech or payments domain.
• Understanding of Card Management Systems (CMS) and end-to-end transaction flows.
• Knowledge of authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs in Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, API documentation, and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile ceremonies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Location: Karachi

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital payments and banking solutions.
