Job summary

iSystems Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Cash Management Platform in Pakistan to translate business requirements into technology solutions across corporate banking, operations, product, IT, and vendor teams.

The role focuses on requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting BRDs/FSDs, with exposure to payments, liquidity, collections, and digital channels. Collaboration with banking tech teams and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of experience in banking, with strong exposure to cash management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Cash Management Platforms, such as Intellect, Oracle, Infosys, AurionPro, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of cash management, payments, collections, and banking processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, ISO 20022, CSV, data mapping, and interface specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with banking technology teams and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from corporate banking, operations, and product teams.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Work across cash management areas including payments, collections, account services, liquidity management, virtual accounts, and corporate digital channels.
• Support integrations involving APIs, H2H, SWIFT FileAct, and file-based interfaces.
• Act as a bridge between business and IT teams and coordinate with external vendors.
• Conduct business workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Define test scenarios and cases and support SIT/UAT, including defect tracking and resolution.
• Support implementation, user training, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.
