Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within financial services, consulting, or fintech.
• Experience in digital banking or financial product development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics-driven projects in banking and financial services.
• Develop insights on digital banking trends, market dynamics and financial ecosystems.
• Analyze data to answer questions, and provide strategic and operational recommendations.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, within scope and budget.
• Interface with clients, lead planning/status calls and manage relationships.
• Provide leadership to Analysts and Associates to ensure delivery.
