Qualifications

• Budgeting, cost control and financial modelling are essential.
• Proficient in financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience with invoicing, receivable management and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare annual budgets and budgets vs. actuals reports.
• Coordinate with departments to collect inputs and compile budget packs.
• Manage invoicing and receivables and reconcile ledgers.
• Monitor costs, utilities and project expenditures.
• Ensure data integrity and timely financial closure.
