Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is seeking a skilled finance professional to lead budgeting and financial planning for capital projects, revenue, and costs. The role involves developing reports, forecasting, and coordinating with project teams to align budgets with operational plans.

The candidate will supervise responses to PMDU dashboard queries, ensure policy compliance, and drive timely and insightful financial analyses for senior management.

Qualifications

• CA / ACMA with at least 4 years post-membership experience.
• ACCA / MBA in Finance from HE recognized university with at least 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and budgeting across capital projects, revenue, and cost.
• Develop regular financial reports, forecasting, and trend analysis for senior management.
• Supervise timely responses to PMDU dashboard queries related to Accounts.
• Coordinate budgets with capital project teams and ensure alignment with plans.
• Ensure compliance with budget policies, cost allocation, and annual planning.
• Maintain liaison with departments to ensure financial continuity and accuracy.
• Streamline internal financial reports for timeliness and usefulness.
• Set up revenue, expense and capital accounts to produce required reports.
• Review budget submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify errors, arrange funds per guidelines and advise managers.
• Guide development of consolidated budgets and monitor cash flows.
• Analyze variances and report to management; address funding gaps.
• Ensure compliance with PMDU complaints related to accounts timely.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for operating cost schedules to OGRA.
• Comply with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Code of Conduct.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Education

CA / ACMA (post-membership)

ACCA / MBA in Finance (HEC recognized)
