Telerelation is seeking a Financial Analyst to support core accounting and finance functions including accounts receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Support payroll processing, including data entry, payroll calculations, and tax filings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
• Perform spot checks across accounting systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
