Systems Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance - Planning & Reporting to drive robust forecasting, reporting, and analysis for senior finance partners. The role requires collaboration with the Associate Manager, Financial Controller, and regional offices to ensure timely BAU planning and a clear bottom-up view of financial position.

You will contribute to standardization, scalability, and consolidation, while delivering high-quality monthly forecasts and ad-hoc insights for end markets

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
• Detailed understanding and knowledge of finance tools and systems, specifically BI/BPC, SAP, or ERP.
• Ability to drive projects and maintain a remote customer base model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; Master’s/Professional accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of financial information and scenarios for planning meetings, budgets and actuals.
• Drive operational improvements to simplify and integrate processes and maintain SOPs and control documentation.
• Handle accounting policy inquiries and ad hoc reporting and analysis requests; provide training as needed.
• Ensure customer needs are fulfilled and relationships are strengthened through proactive involvement.
