Job summary

Contour Software seeks a Manager, Finance Operations and Controllership in Karachi. The role leads month-end close, maintains accurate financials, and collaborates with Corporate, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure timely reporting.

You will oversee AR/AP, fixed assets, leases under IFRS 16, and accounting policies while building a high-performing finance team and driving process improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of leadership experience in finance.
• Strong IFRS 15 & IFRS 16 knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Excel; Dynamics GP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Maintain financial records and deliverables for internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee AR, AP, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Review contracts to assess IFRS 15 impact and related entries.
• Own lease accounting under IFRS 16, including calculations and reconciliations.
• Train and mentor the finance team; update SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal audits and external auditors to ensure audit readiness.
• Support treasury and cash management activities.
