Job summary

10Pearls seeks a Finance Lead to own the US Accounts Payable function and intercompany reconciliations across LATAM units. You will lead financial reporting, month-end close, and provide analytical insights while partnering with regional and global stakeholders.

The role requires a strong accounting foundation, operational leadership, and a track record of process improvements in a multinational/shared services environment. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with ACCA/ICMA/CA-Finalist or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing end-to-end AP and intercompany reconciliations across multi-currency/multi-entity structures.
• Experience with LATAM tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable for US entities and intercompany reconciliations.
• Oversee invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payments; resolve disputes.
• Review intercompany balances, eliminations, and settlements across entities.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and management reports; perform variance analysis.
• Guide and mentor junior team members; collaborate with regional/global stakeholders.
