Job summary

Legal Aid Society (LAS) is seeking a Finance & Compliance Coordinator based in Islamabad to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, grant compliance, payroll verification, procurement, and office administration. The role will coordinate operations at Peshawar and Quetta field offices and liaise with auditors and government authorities.

The candidate should have a Master’s in Finance/Accounting or a Bachelor with partial CA/ACCA/ICMA and at least five years in NGO finance.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s with partial CA/ACCA/ICMA qualification is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, and payroll verification.
• Ensure grant compliance and donor reporting requirements are met.
• Coordinate procurement, asset management, and field-office administration.
• Maintain LAS ERP system and QuickBooks records, and support internal controls.
• Coordinate with field offices and partners to ensure donor and regulatory compliance.
