Responsibilities

• Directly supervise daily on-site activities, labor, and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and project specs.
• Identify delays or issues and report promptly for resolution.
• Enforce basic site safety protocols and orderly work practices on-site.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and site records.
• Maintain inventories, document site visits, and manage project files.
