Qualifications

• Working knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles, including concrete, masonry, finishing, and basic structural work.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and site layouts.
• Familiarity with quantity takeoffs, measurements, material verification, and progress tracking.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Understanding of construction quality control, occupational safety, and site documentation.
• Strong observation, problem-solving, time-management, and coordination skills.
• Clear communication with site teams, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to work on construction sites and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, supervising, and coordinating civil construction activities at project sites.
• Review drawings, specifications, quantities, and work methods to support accurate execution.
• Monitor work progress, workmanship, materials, and compliance with approved standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve routine site issues.
• Prepare daily progress updates, measurement records, inspection reports, and relevant project documentation.
• Support quantity estimation, material checks, scheduling, safety procedures, and quality-control activities.
