Job summary

Ashraf Group Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer or Diploma holder to join our service team in Lahore. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial automation and robotic systems at customer sites, while preparing service reports and providing technical support.

The role requires communicating with customers, visiting sites, and traveling as needed. A diploma or degree in related fields and up to 2 years of field service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or field service is preferred.
• Understanding of electrical panels and control systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel regularly for customer site visits.
• Able to work independently and prepare professional service reports.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission industrial robots and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation-related issues.
• Perform regular service and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
• Visit customers to resolve technical problems and provide support.
• Prepare service reports and visit reports after each customer visit.
• Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Help manage spare parts, consumables, and other service-related items.
