Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking a passionate Field Sales Specialist to cover Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and Lahore. You will build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth across the assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a relocation-ready mindset to operate across multiple cities. You will be the face of the company in your region, helping clients maximize value from our platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience (real estate or related sector preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your territory.
• Identify and approach new customers to grow the client base.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and networking.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
• Stay connected with existing customers to strengthen partnerships.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure availability of all product offerings (brands, packs, SKUs) in your region.
• Convert new accounts while retaining and growing existing ones.
• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Meet clients to review their requirements and ensure long-term satisfaction.
