Job summary

Vereon Nexus is seeking a Field Sales Executive to sign up new business customers across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will be in markets meeting shop owners, showcasing apps, and onboarding customers. You will own your area, leads, and targets, reporting to the Sales Lead with close cooperation with the onboarding team.

The role is field-based with one office day weekly at Innovista Building, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad. English is basic for reporting; Urdu and Punjabi fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field sales experience, ideally in FMCG, telecom, mobile wallets, banking, POS or distribution.
• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Fluent Urdu and Punjabi. Basic English for reporting.
• Confident talking to business owners of all ages and backgrounds.
• Good knowledge of markets in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Own motorbike and valid driving license.
• Own smartphone and comfortable with WhatsApp and mobile apps.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit shops, wholesalers, boutiques and other small businesses in your assigned area every day.
• Build a list of leads in your area and keep it up to date.
• Follow up on leads passed to you from marketing, referrals and partners.
• Recruit and manage referral partners in the markets who can introduce you to new shops.

About Vereon:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to find and sign up new business customers across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will spend most of your day in the markets, meeting shop owners face to face, showing them our apps and getting them set up. You will own your area, your leads and your numbers.

You will report to the Sales Lead and work closely with our onboarding team.

Working hours:

[Monday to Saturday], [10am to 6pm]. Field based, with one day a week at our office in [Innovista Building, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad].
