Navigator HR in Lahore is seeking a proactive field sales professional or fresh graduate to drive business development and app adoption in Bahria Town and surrounding areas. This onsite/full-time role offers PKR 40,000–50,000 monthly plus perks and fuels coverage.

You will visit shops daily, demonstrate the mobile app, build relationships with local businesses, and hit weekly merchant targets while gaining growth into higher sales roles. Must own a motorbike and driving license for field visits.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or interns seeking a fast-track sales career.
• Resident of Bahria Town, Lahore or surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a reliable motorbike/vehicle with a valid driving license for field visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable with daily field movements.

Responsibilities

• Field visits to shops, retail stores and commercial areas daily.
• Introduce our mobile app, demonstrate features and assist with installation and onboarding.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with local clients and business owners.
• Lead generation and merchant acquisition; meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits and interactions.
